Rafferty von Rostock is a gorgeous 10 month old German Shepherd.  This very alert guy doesn't miss a trick.  If he thinks you are ignoring him, he will bark to get your attention but then stops and smiles at you.  Rafferty likes to hang out with his people but he likes other dogs too.  He knows some basic commands and cannot wait to learn more.  He is good on the leash and likes accompanying you in the car, hoping that you might stop by In-n-Out to share a burger with him.
